05 GT with 48,5XX miles she started to hesitate on me under a load between shifts. I’m pulling the POS factory plugs and swapping in some one piece plugs.

Yep, cross something for me as I’m tackling this in the driveway.

Good luck lad let us know how it goes. 1 turn squirt of pb blaster wait 1/2 turn another squirt wait and so on . At least thats the way i heard it should work.

I got them all out without breaking a one. I’m glad they are out too that’s not an easy thing to do, listening to every plug screech all the way out.
But it didn’t solve my problem so I’m off to do some reading. erzats- thanks for the luck.

It's not bad if you follow the current Ford recommendations on removing them. People used to cry the sky is falling even if they didn't ever do a set of plugs on a 3V motor, especially the F150 guys .. I've removed 6 sets of plugs with no breaks. It's not nearly as easy as a one piece design on a 2V motor but it can be done. I'm glad to hear you got them all out without a problem. It's kind of nerve racking listening to them screech the whole way out.
