cruise control and horn

for some reason the other day my cruise control and horn went out for no reason at the same time and i was wondering what caused this cant quite figure out why they both went out at the same time

I believe that they both share the same fuse or relay. Check that?

The fuse is the same.

Check the cigarette lighter - it uses the same fuse. Sometimes a coin will fall into the socket & short it out.
