Custom Axle Backs

i think 4.5" would be too large. you need some clearance around the tips to prevent damage to the bumper itself. personally, unless you are trying inexpensive mufflers like Thrush or something, the work involved makes it not worth the effort, IMO. the problem with the inexpensive mufflers is that they wont flow as well or give you a great sound like the more expensive options. axlebacks can be purchased for under $300 shipped and you know they will fit and can check sound clips before you buy. cant say the same for a homemade kit.
