I was wondering if there is any custom chip that you can program ur self with your laptop,, I would like it to have full rpm range on a/f and timing ...etc..

I am wondering if any of the computer/electronics geeks
ever disigned there one chip/software instead of buying one ,, I am going to try,,

just a quick ?? we do have eec-v in our cars correct,(03 gt)

Yes, we do have a electronic engine control unit in our cars.

yeah I searched ,, i knew we had eec but was wondering if is gen V or maybe they mad a gen VI,,,

the only eec-iv cars with a 4.6L were early crown vics and mark VIII's. all stang 4.6L's are eec-V.
