cutouts

i was thinking about putting some cutouts on my cobra to make it louder but i just wnated to see if there were any up and downs to them. thx

They sound god-awful at any RPM above 2000. Buy a set of nice mufflers.

Have you replaced the H-pipe with an off-road pipe?

Get some kind of O/R H-pipe and a set of good mufflers. The car will sound tons better.

There are thousands of threads on here about which H-pipe and mufflers are best. Search it. You'll find hours of reading.

Sorry I have to disagree and say my car sounds different and better than most mufflered exhausts out there. Scares the hell out of Ricers too when there's something that's louder than there fart cannons while not sounding like utter crap either. Definitley get an O/R pipe though.

i just made dumps on my car yesterday cause i was bored. nasty drone at idle (gonna drop idle down a lil so i get the lope back) but anything above 2k she screams. dunno if i like it yet.

i agree to get an o/r hpipe and some mufflers. will sound the best for awhile til you get bored with it then you will want something else.
