Cutting the exhaust

If i was to cut the pipe right after the muffler could it damage anything or possibly overheat my fuel tank wich fuel+heat= probably not good lol.


and just so eveyone knows I have issued an apology for the comments on street racing. Refer to what do you guys think about this car. Thank you for any and all comments to my question.

Nah, you'd be fine running it dumped just after the muffler.

Make sure you put a turn-down and dont just shoot it straight back. The sound waves will echo on the gas tank and it will vibrate loudly. I know this because i temporarily had to remove a tailpipe off my 5.0 one time and the sound was unbearable.

Even with a turndown, be prepared for an increase in interior drone

it will still sound like an annoying loud ricer

Depends on what you consider better.

yea idk i just want a temp. fix for the sound until i get duals
