Cylinder balance test question

I have been having hesitation problems (only at WOT) to 3K then the car rockets also I get afterfire. I got rid of all codes so I get code 11 (koeo) and code 11 (koer). When I run the cylinder balance test I keep getting different cylinder numbers every time I run it. I was wondering what might cause this problem.

Thanks will check the 10 pins connectors again, just put new ford racing 9mm plug wires on.
