This is a survey to see what Daily Insurance rates guys are getting. I am mainly doing this for the guys who can't qualify for collector coverage because of age. I paid outrageous premiums when I was young so I am sympathetic to them. Maybe somebody can save a little coin as a result.

No problem, I should have included a field for number of tickets now that I think about it. That really helps compare apples to apples. See if we can get about 20-30 inputs. That would be great. May take a little time.

Yea, the tickets would be a valuable asset to the database, also number of crashes
