the rule of thumb is "never use a bigger shot than half of you stock horsepower."

NOS 75 or 100 shot would work well

I think you have to take into account that you have to run colder plugs and a smaller gap with NO2. I also think you have to adjust (retard) your timing for nitrous. This may have an adverse effect on your "daily driving" performance.

You will need to retard the timing a little on the nitrous runs...BUT Diablo sport has a flip chip that can you can use 2 programs and just flip a switch to change over to set the timing back to run the nitrous. So that takes care of that so you can still run full timing daily driving and stuff

Yes Venom is also great...I believe it is computer controlled and might have some kind of flip chip included in the kit! Also centrifigural superchargers are great for daily drivers because as stated in an above post the boost doesnt kick in until you mash on the gas...although he was wrong about the roots type those will go under boost without being at W.O.T. Supercharger or Nitrous you wont be disappointed but w/ the nitrous dont think your going to buy a basic kit for $500-600 and have everything you need/want. You'll need bottle pressure guage, purge kit, fuel pressure guage, bottle warmer, all that is to be consistent and to be safe
