I live in Dallas and I have spent thousands of dollars on mustang parts from Dallas Mustang. It seems that they screw me and my friends at every turn. My most recent incident is when I bought the full delux suspension package from them. I installed it and everything seems ok...not so. It turns out that they gave me two different upper control arms, one for a 68 and one for a 65. Well once I put my 17X8 rims on the mustang the 65 control arm took off the balancing weight and started to rub a groove into my new rim. I remember mentioning the difference in the two control arms to the woman at the counter, she assured me they were the same, only one was a repro and the other OEM. I should have smelled the BS, but I trusted them because they are supposed to know mustangs. Everytime I go in there to ask a question about anything 64-73 mustang related I get...."I don't know, I'm more of a fox body guy". I would try to take the part back, but I know from experience, they will charge you an outrageous fee or flat out refuse.
Some of you might have good stories to tell, but I'm all out of patience for these guys. I'm going to take my business to CJ's, they at least ship me the parts I ordered.
