Dallas Speedcal Question

Why is there two sets of dip switches in the speedcal. One with #s 1-10, and one with #s 1-7. What is the second set for???

That's a 2nd generation "universal" speed cal that works on most late model fords with a VSS, the 1-7 pack is to set it for the type of car I believe...

Just put 1000000 in the smaller bank...

Thanks Missouri guy. One more noob question, do u guys know what the speedo gear teeth is for a 4.30 gear

They don't make a speedo gear for 4.30's...4.10's (23 tooth gear) is the highest they make...

If you are looking for the teeth to put in for the DM speedcal calculator, just use 19 if you've never changed the speedo gear to something else...in other words, for 4.30's and stock tires (245/45/17's) you should set the larger dip pack to 1010100001...
