Damn Hurricane. A tree fell on my beater car, and I wouldn't dare drive my mustang in Volusia County when the stoplights are out. That and we're not suposed to get power back till Wednesday.

You know...Im not :flame: you, and dont take this the wrong way..

BUT: People LOST their lives, families, homes, etc... EVERYTHING some folks own is gone! You NEED to be greatful for what you still have and not complain about a tree on a beater car.

I felt really badly when I saw those pics today...I lady was found dead, burned from the waist down with an electric wire on her legs.

Sorry, but I cant get too upset for a tree on a beater car.

Yeah, as I was going out to dinner last night in peaceful Tallahassee I was thinking about the horrible events occurring only a couple hundred miles from me. It was rather depressing.

Just to preface kinda what made me look at things this way:
I was in Andrew in 1992. The BAD STUFF was 60 miles S. of here. I woke up in the morning, and had to drive to work with trees down all over the place and traffic lights out all over. I was like :bs: :bang:
At the time, I thought we got the worst of the storm. When I got home that night, I saw what REALLY happened and was like :jaw:
I was really greatful for everything.
