So a few days ago, my friend was getting his honda civic Si serviced at the dealership. We were bored deceided to go test drive some cars at the nearby dealerships. He test drove a nissan 350Z and later that day I test drove a Ford mustang 05 at the ford dealership(obviously). To get to the point- I got pulled over and got a speeding ticket, my first one ever! During a test drive!! :bang: I wasn't even going fast, and it was just the V6, the GT wouldda been more worth it. Stupid cops! And to show how bad my luck is, my friend who drove the nissan was going about 90mph on the same street and of course when i'm goin 65 i get pulled over. Oh well, the sales guy felt really bad, rightfully. I still want a mustang, but that just means i gotta save up some extra money to pay for possible speeding tickets.

Well, it's no wonder you got a ticket...they were probobly waiting for your friend to come back, and you were likely going more than a few mph's over the limit too. BTW, usually when one refers to a roadway as a street (as in your post), there's a good chance that it's one with a speed limit under 35 or so I would think.
Anyway...you could always offset the expense of the ticket, buy offering to purchase the Mustang at MSRP, minus the cost of the infraction. How could the salesman turn that down? :D
The real problem for you now though, is that your insurance company is not going to look to favorably at the ticket, when you go to insure that future Stang. :bang:

When I was test driving, the salesman told me to haul ass down this one long stretch and I was like, "Aren't you worried about cops?"

He just said, "Mr. Anderson (owner of dealership) has a lot of clout around here..."
