If it was me I'd report it to Ebay as a bad listing as he just told you that his are replicas and he is clearly showing a pic of your car with authentic ones, therefore the picture is not a representation of what he is selling.

Can't do anything about his auction, it ended with a winning bid of $400 + shipping

I guess the extra set I have is worth more than I thought! lol

I'm just taking this as a lesson that I need to develop a watermark for my pics now.

I didn't look into it, but now that you mention it, I smell something fishy too

Actually, all you have to do is prove that you used the pictures and will "swear" that they are your intellectual property and Ebay will remove the auction for you. They don't take theft of IP lightly. I have had auctions removed because I could prove that I was the sole owner of the pics. Of course, you can forward his "too bad for you, I'll use your pics if I want to" email to help your cause.
