I went to a metal recycler to get rid of ~200lbs of scarp iron from my car (several boched heads, worn brake drums and rotors). Well, I asked for the final weight of my car, and it was 3240 lbs. 
I guess I need to keep in mind....
full tank of gas -50lbs
all my tools - 60lbs
other junk - 40lbs (spare fluids, spare parts and other junk)
6'0 driver - 210
so without me and the extra junk, the weight is ~2880, but with me, right around 3100. Thats still about 100lbs heavier than I expected. I have yanked the AC and lots of sound deadener, but I guess I added the turbo, intercooler and the stereo, so it probably didn't lose any weight there.
Lets see, with a race weight of 3100, and a trap speed of 97mph (14.3), I was making 220 at the wheels. Not too shabby with an A4ld. What is that, like 260-270 at the flywheel? *continues working on C4 since the A4ld is going south*
