Is it possible to replace an SN-95 GT V-8 cluster with a V-6 cluster or a V -8 Cobra cluster? without having to swap a harness?

It depends on what year clusters you are talking about swapping. They changed over the 94-04 run and are not compatible with each other outside specific year ranges. I think those ranges are 94-95, 96-98 and 99-04. The difficulty of swapping different clusters depends on which year span you are referring to
