dash swap help please

Im putting a 91 dash into a 79 notch. The 91 dash and wiring weighs at least 45 lbs more. I want to eliminate all the unneeded" junk" The car its going into is a bare bones, no power anything, only a/c& heat, stick car. Does anyone know of a company who makes a harness thats fairly straightforward for this? As many guys who've converted F.I. cars to carbureted, someone out there has to have some info or leads for me.
Ive contacted painless with no help other than a complete harness thats a universal kit.

even a list of colors of wires that can be deleted would be appreciated.

I'm running into this on my car. The parking lights work up front but not the head lights. It's an 84 with an 87 dash. I'm afraid of what the PO did with the wiring! I'm ready to look for some one parting out a pre efi car to snag some wiring or atleast check out the harness.
