Electrical Daytime running lights

I know the Day-time running lights was a thing on the Canadian cars... back in the '90's.... I have the plug on mine... sooooo since I've never seen a Fox with DTRL, I thought why not be different.... I see the module on Rockauto - https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...tch+&+relay,daytime+running+light+relay,11743

Is that all that is needed to make it work???

If you have a GT it's easy.

Well, that's not exatly what I was talking about.. look like he added LED lights in the grill for DTRL... from my understanding... the Canadian foxes had normal DTRL, which ran the high beams at a reduce light/voltage when the car was running... which is done via that module https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...tch+&+relay,daytime+running+light+relay,11743 I was wondering/make sure, if that's all that is needed.. to get that and plug it into that plug that is inside the drivers side wheel well.

In theory yes, but I don't know anyone who's actually done it.

See if there's a cheap used one on eBay

He is me. The Fog lamps & the LED lights in the grille are DTRL. Activated with the fog lamp switch.
Recently changed the parking lamps to white LED. The old lamps were amber; don't know why since the lens is amber/clear.

Always thought this was a cool idea.

Gutted the stock inner turn signals, lined it with a dual white/amber LED strip and had the white set as a DRL with it switching to amber for the turn signal.

I wouldn't do it to my car, but always thought it a manufacturer caught on it would be a cool modern touch.
