Does anyone have a phone number for dcc. I ordered a fan controler last Tuesday. I have not recieved my controler yet and or got any emails back. Has anybody else ordered one? How long did it take?

It takes a couple weeks. That is stated on their web site. You will get it. They are reliable.

Thank you for that fast responce. I must have missed it where it said a couple weeks to get the shipment. That works for me. As long as I get it at some point in time, lol. I just never recieved any emails about anything and wasnt sure what happend. I have heard nothing but good about dcc so I figured I was ok. I guess I will see it when I see. Thank you.

28 days start to finish. It is only a 1 guy building all of the orders and making the boxes. He (Mr. Brian Baskin) is a very stand up guy.... You will love the unit though.

There is a phone number on the site if you look hard enough. I'm not sure exactly where, I think the instructions to install one of the units. Down at the bottom there is a service number.
