Why are you so upset about it? If idiots are dumb enough to think they are getting a perfect fit and funtional air bag for $60 then they deserve to get ripped off. Besides they look like cheap painted crap in the pics so the guy isn't really scamming...i can see the low quality work and can tell they are painted.

This reminded me of looking through a used car catalog a week or so ago. Some small dealership had a "2003 Infinity G35 350Z" for sale. I would think if they are selling people cars they should know more about them than that.

The fact that he says fit 94-03.....that is not the interchange. All those years have specific fitment. In order to get the air bag light out....you must use the right year. The guy is a slime ball, read his feedback...maybe those people aren't as smart as your though.
