Deal or No Deal on a '93 GT

I know everyone hates these threads but.....

I have a chance to pick up a '93 GT. The car is red and has been well taken care of. The interior and paint is flawless. No mods have been done to the car and it has 35,000 miles on it.

I have the opportunity to pick up the car for around $4100. Deal or no deal? If it's a deal, how good?

I'd do it. Is it a vert? Well maintained unmolested stangs are getting rare.

How much have you seen similar cars selling for?

I don't pay too much attention to '87-'93 prices because all my time and cash has gone into my '65. However, I do like the looks of notch back GTs from that time period. I just wish the car was a two-toned paint job (blue/gray) then all red.

Sounds too good to be true.
Value is probably around 8-10k depending on exterior and interior color and if it's a 5 speed.
To the right person it may be worth even more.
