Kiddicarus,
He didn't shy away, He gave us time to make a decision, and gives you everything you need to make your knowledgable decision. You are in that time.
If he did not shy away where is he? who sees him? Why do you ask a qustion of an entity and recieve no tangeable answer? You in a sense can talk to a rock and get the same would be interpritation from a question.
Review, one of the things required in considering the origins of the universe, whether a believer in God or not, is knowing that something happened. There was nothing at some point and then suddenly something. In the case of believers you alway's wonder, "Well where did God come from?". His answer to Moses that asked this question was, "I am". OK ... fine. In the case of unbelievers they wonder, "Where'd the stuff come from originally that gathered for the big bang?" I got no answer for you.
I can see that explanation in the sense that there is a beginning and an end to everything, did man evolve from a Monkey? I think no is the answer to that, Did man come from Adam and Eve? I think no on that also. If we are in a hierarcle decendednt from Adam and Eve the inevitable inbreeding will have shown for society to have become dumber throughout the history of man. In fact it is the opposite mankind in a whole has become smarter the different races and sociological patterns suggest this. I Dont believe that man appeared one day out of the blue either from a uggestion or a word. Evolution has a factor in things but is not the whole answer to this question, I don not have the answer so I keep looking myself into this through science.
I can't explain where God came from, but since I believe in God, I believe He created the "stuff" by speaking it into existence. I don't believe He used the big bang theory. I believe He did things just as the Bible says He did. He Spoke it into existence. It's very interesting and simple to read. I recommend you take a Bible, turn to page 1 and read. But what God say's He did was create us in His image, set us in dominion over everything else, and made us perfect and for fellowship with Him. We are here to have a relationship with God from now throughout all eternity (He says He knew us before we were in the womb even, and fashioned us in the womb), but God gave us free choice - we can choose Him or reject Him. Otherwise we'd be little robot drones - not good for fellowship.
Im not a drone lol, I do not reject him either, I will not say that I do not believe in his existance either. There is a posibility for anything to have happen throughout history and to happen in the future. I think that every man has to have something to believe in and to have a value of throughout their life. These beliefs and values will change over time and become more concrete through their life. I cannot explain either where Man or God came from and I do not think that this will ever become a definate answer for us. If it does it will cause a lot of unrest in the society as a whole. Either the Bible is right or wrong at that point and will cause a massive up evil then, I hope that I never see that day. I agree that we are at the top of the ood chain and that we have free will in things. Who gave them to us evolution or a entity, I think that it came as an trial and error thing, man is currious by nature to explain how things work, how they breath and what makes something tick. I believe that we are at the top of the food chain because of our ability to adapt to ever changing circumstances and oposable thumbs.
Who would you rather have as a friend, a real true friend that likes you warts and all and loves you, or someone designed to like you that just does and doesn't know any better?
This is a loaded question actually, because a true friend is the one that understands you and will be ther to talk with you and to interact with you. Not an entity that you are suppose to believe in and never see once in a coporial form. My best Truest friend was my spotter in the Army and now is my brother becuase he married my sister. This man knows my every action, mood, thought, he can finish a sentance for me and know how I will react in any situation. He was my right hand man for 7 years on missions and Has been my friend since 6th grade.
Think of this, God promises everyone on earth for every generation will hear about, and hear from God, consider Him and accept or reject Him. Reject or choose Him freely, they'll be given all the evidences they require to make a qualified choice.
I require a corporial form can that be done? Each generation will hear about space aliens, Snipe hunts, and Big Foot also so that is not a good arguement in my eyes. I agree that each individual should have their own choice and make their own mind up in this and the rest of the world should be adult enough to respect that individual like I believe we are here.
God say's there is no middle ground, and if you think things through, there is no middle ground. In any plan, you are either for it or against it. The angels (another source of beings for which God enjoys a relationship) have the same choice, 2/3rds chose God, 1/3 chose to revolt with Satan. Satan was God's preimmenent angel, but some twisted pride filled, selfish way he decided he wanted to be worshipped even though he was the creature and not the creator. He wanted to establish himself above God instead of just below. He was instrumental to introducing sin to mankind. He went to Eve, manipulated and tricked her, but she straight up disobeyed God, so did Adam. Mankind is tainted with sin due to our imperfect parents. These same parents btw contained all the genetic material that now makes up all of us different races, no evolution involved.
LOL Inbreeding from the get go there is that what you are saying? I think that this alone is the buiggest red flag there is. What color are Adam and Eve? BLACK? They could have not been White. When you have a birth from an inter racial couple the natural tendency is the skin becomes lighter not darker so in that Adam and Eve have to have been Black.
Now since we are tainted with sin, and that's easy to prove...ever screw up? Of course, we all do. The only perfect and simple answer was God giving us a way to return back to a relationship with Him for free! He came to earth as a man, grew up, showed us how much He really loved us by dying for us after living a perfect, sin free life. He didn't even take the easy way out of dying in a somewhat less challenging way. He took the ultimate, most painful, sickest, most depraved possible death that cruel men had to offer. He took it in style without relying on His supernatural abilities, just let them beat Him to a pulp. Then after all was done well He died when He chose, no coma, no loss of consciousness. Then when He chose He made His destroyed body alive again and injury free except for leaving the nail scars on His hands and feet, and spear scar on His side - so we can all check it out some day.
When God returns to set up His kingdom on earth, those that choose Him, He will surround Himself with them and keep them. Those that reject Him, He sends them off with Satan to the place He prepared for Satan. It's the perfect resolution, all laid out for us, simple to understand & continues from there. You will never not exist. You are eternal.
So, In this last passage he is going to make his Utopia on this planet? He is going to take the ones that say that he exist and "Choose" him and then say to hell with the rest of you literally. This seems far fetched in my bood, what about the people that do not believe in either of them? Where do they go? Is there a Neither world that these people will reside, if they dont believe in either of them then I think that he should take them aslo they never accepted Satan so why punish them. It sounds kind of cultish to me. If the non believers go to Satan they are eternal also arent they?
Choosing God is a freedom from the things in life that beat on you now. Satan and some men try to turn it into a twist of you must give up the true you and become this wuus, subserviant to this overpowering cruel forceful God, but it's not that way at all. Choosing God is a freedom to drop off the shackles of all the things you don't like about you and drop them off like nasty scales that have kept you immobile or weighed down. And the strength God gives is amazing. I'm a dude that has been at the very bottom of the barrel, and now when I have a need I ask God and watch Him intervene and take care of His boy. It's awesome!
Cool!
What if nothing is "Beating" you now? I have been at the bottom also and I have seen where my life has been and where it could lead and where it is now. I chose to do what I do, to be who I am, to live the way I do. I made my share of mistakes and I have always pulled myself through them and made my life better for myself. I will never discourage anyone that believes and wont ask them to follow my path at all, but in return I ask of them not to pressure me to follow them. I live stress free, I have found out that you live happier not worrying about the little things in life, just do your best at everything that you do, never stop learning, and try not to talk bad about one another. That has brought me a long way in life just as religion has done for others.
