Ive decided to get some Eibach drag springs for my GT, can someone explain the function of the air bag that comes with the kit?

It helps keep the rear end level when launching so that there is equal weight on both tires. The torque of the engine causes the pass. side rear to squat and the front driver to lift. The air bag makes it harder to compress the pass rear thus keeping it level during a hard launch. The pass rear is also a progressive spring too. I have mine at 12 lbs and it launches nicely.
