appearently after degreasing my engine then washing it off the water carrying the degreaser oversprayed onto some of my paint now theres a small area thats lighter than the rest. Im pretty sure theres nothing i can right? i tried washing it all with car soap.

well it wasn't reeally an "area" it was about 4 lines rolling off my passenger fender from where the overspray rolled off. Good news! i called the local detail shop and talked to them and then went over and bought a ultracoat paint coat polish and compound, then i used the very light abrasive compound followed by some light buffing and then some clear coat polish Looks good! costed me about 8 dollars cuz i have the buffer and micro weave cloth I might do this to the rest of my car!!!! wait maybe i should install these 4.10's i have first

congrats, glad it didn't screw up your paint, since u have a buffer i am assuming its an actual buffer, not an orbital polisher, and u know how to use it. But anyways just remember to stay away from the edges, u burn through and that will be more than an 8 dollar fix.
