Densecharger intake

anyone have any info about the densecharger intake? i was thinking of getting a mac or bbk, but i saw a picture of the densecharger and it looks like it might go a little lower into the fenderwell, hence, getting cooler air. is there any downfall, or should i just stick to the mac or bbk? thanks!
