Hey
I'm looking for any advice on how to fix a rusted out floor pan temporarily. I have a 1982 mustang and the floor is all but gone around the 2 bolts on the left side of the drivers seat. It's highly unsafe but it's all i have to drive right now. I didn't realize how bad the damage was until today and i can't afford to buy the floor pan and have it installed. If anyone can offer some advice so i can temporarily fix the problem that would be great. That i know of about my only option is having some put new floor pans in and that's not an option right now. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

Cut up an old hood and break out the welder. There really isn't a good cheap way to temporarily fix this sort of problem.
