Since I have finish putting in my 347 stroker motor and all the stuff I took off. (egr, a/c, ect.) I want to fill in the little holes that is everywhere in the engine bay. How can I do this at home with some tools instead of taking it to a shop? Is there a website on how to do this step by step and all of the equipments that are needed? Thanks

depends how far you want to go with it..

You could go an easy simple route without any body work involved. Go buy some of those large headed push in fastners ( like the one holding your door panel on)
Buy a bag of those, and paint em all your engine bay color, once dry push em in the empty holes.. Worked for my car and looked nice.

Otherwise, your going to have to get out some body filler, or start welding the holes shut, then body filler to smooth em out, then paint it all.

Damn, that's a really good idea! I was wondering about this a couple weeks ago. Smart man.

i also used rubber fuel hose, slit it down the middle and wrapped it around the sharp edges of these cutouts.. Theres really no way around it, they will be there unless you cut out sheet metal and weld fill in plates on, then bondo it all smooth. Or cut out sheet aluminium to the holes size, then rivit it in place ( would look cheap though)

weld, bondo, paint is about the only way to do it perfectly..

heres some pics of what i did. Mine didnt turn out perfect (im a n00b welder) but it looks alot better than before. I still really want to cover the frame rail part flat (where the bottom of the CAI would go) but that will happen later.

before..

during..

after..
