detecting an exhaust leak...any tips

well, at least i thinks it's an exhaust leak. it'll make a small ticking noise but only when im more the half throttle, otherwise it's silent. i'd like to say i thiink it's on the drivers side but that really could just be the fact that im in the drivers seat lol.

any tips on finding this thing when i start looking this weekend.:flag:
 
if its up near the engine around the header, take like a 3' section of 3/8 vac tube and put one end up to your ear and take the other end all around the headers you will be able to hear the exhaust leak.

+1!!! or buy a real stethescope, they work pretty darn good, and are available at most automotive part stores

also, maybe put on a lab coat you have laying around the house, and pretend you're a doctor while you do it! might impress the old lady at the same time!:banana: :banana:
