Diablo Delta Chips for $100...Worth it?

Someone around where I live is selling Diablo Delta Chips for Mustangs with no tune for $100 each.

I see they retail for the $250+ range.

Wondering if it is worth getting them or just skip it?

I am NOT trying to sell them here. If I get them I might, after asking the mods.

Chips are old school, handheld programmers are much better.

skip it. the reason they are cheap is because noone uses them anymore. and by the time you pay someone to tune it, you pay just as much as if you were to but a better one.
