Just ordered a Predator programmer today. Should be in by this weekend along with my FRPP 4:10 gears. I can't wait. Does anyone here have a Predator? Let me know what you think.

A friend of mine got it for me for $400. The MSRP was $425 and Jegs and Summit had them for $419. Figured it was a decent deal.

I've looked at most of the programmers out there, I have a 5 speed gt convt. not sure which way to go, if any. Let us know what kind of gains you get.

For timing adjusting, it says +/- 10% at WOT.

If that's the only option, I guess a Steeda T/A would be much more effective than that.

where did you get it from? i contacted diablo to know when it would be released because some websites including jegs show that they have them then when i call they say they havent been released yet, and diablo said by the end of summer "a few more months". i emailed them last night

I hate to break it to ya, but the only Ford Predator that is out is the powerstroke. There is no release date on the ones for the Mustangs yet. It is going to be like the Predator for the LS1's. Let me know if you have any more questions

Just an FYI - but Summit Racing is now advertising the release date of the programmer as September 15th!!

I ordered one from Jeg's since their web site does not show B/O, and I've been waiting for 5 weeks already and they keep pushing it back. Not a good way for Granatelli to do business.

Just an update...still haven't gotten the Predator yet. Its been many months...I think the date is some time in December. Hope its worth the wait.

So.....do you have it yet??? I know Dec is a few weeks away, but I bet everyone's hoping for an early shipment It seems these things are never coming to market.

The last reply from Granetelli that I got last week was the release date was going to be sometime in Jan.04. I hope it comes sooner so I can get the gears in my 01Gt.

If I had not have gotten a good deal I would have canceled a long time ago. Originally, I ordered it to go with my 4.10 gears (awsome by the way)...had to get a speedcal to use until it comes in. Hopefully the wait will be worth it. I would like to see how easy it is to get and download custom tunes for things like heads and cams. I haven't gotten these yet, but always want to go faster...more speed=more $$...too many other bills!

Ok, so I called the shop today to see if it was in and he answered and said ups could come anytime between 11 and 4, so I wait til 4 and I call, no answer, wait 30 min, no answer, then ten minutes, no answer. Hmmm... he said it would be here today, but maybe tomorrow.they do work til 10 so maybe hes gonna call me later tonite.

I just got off the phone with gus from Steeda and they have the ones for the Cobra's now. I will be ordering one for the snake soon

Cobra ones have been out for months now
The GT ones are vaporware so far... Unless dragginuts actually get's his...
