Hi guys,

I just got my Diablo programmer today for my 2004 Mustang GT. I had a question about the fans, how do i programm them? It gives you the following list, but i dont quite understand it, does anyone here have the programmer and if so, can you give me some direction on what i should be doing with the fans. Here is what i see on the screen

Fan High Speed ECT 1 on
Fan High Speed ECT 2 on
Fan High Speed ECT off
Fan Low Speed ECT on
Fan Low Speed ECT off

Thanks

Unfortunately, the Predator user manual is useless after installing the Diablo performance tune. I have numerous questions about modifying the available parameters, e.g., cooling fan, fuel base, spark advance, rpm shift points, shift firmness, and torque modulation. Through e-mail contacts with Diablo, I get the sense that they are trying to hide their "secret recipe." For example, rather than listing the timing adjustment by degrees, they list it by percentages. Also, I get the sense that they don't want to take responsibility for modified tunes. I guess that we will need to experiment to come up with the right recipe to modify the Diablo performance tune.

yea dialbo is keeping there tune a secret. I've tried to find out what they bumped timing up to and i think its 13-14 because what i did was watch the spark and witht he org. ford set up it was 10 with the tune it jumped between 13 and 14 so i bumped it up .5% and now its 14 to 15 and seems to be better. As far as fuel and that i have no idea i guess to do taht i'll need a fuel gauge or something, and fansi have no idea about either

fan_high_speed_ECT1_on = 195
fan_high_speed_ECT2_on = 200
fan_high_speed_ECT_off = 190
fan_low_speed_ECT_off = 181
fan_low_speed_ECT_on = 187

That is where mine is set at.
