diamond fog lights??

i want the diamond headlights and was wondering if anyone has seen diamond fog lights??

I had the same question. This is Almoststock's car. I don't think he'll mind it if I pass along that he got the fogs from 50resto. I think they look great.

Paul (ALMOST STOCK) has the diamond fog lights. Looks really good, if these are the ones you are talking about?

i bought those exact ones from 50Resto.com....and they suck! I don't know how much ALMOST STOCK uses his fog lights, but I use them every night. After about 2 months the inside reflector got all burnt looking.

It turned blue & black.....then it got all rusty; like old headers.

I'm pretty disappointed with them, especially after paying $40 bucks a piece. I think I'm just going to get some factory fog lights.

Also, the lenses weren't very clear looking when I got them; like there was grease all over them. I wouldn't say it's 50Resto's fault, because I've bought tons of stuff from them before, just crappy manufacturing of that particular part they are selling.

Did you call 50Resto and tell them about it or try and get a new set? Just curious.

no warranty on fog lights is what they told me. I misread the catalog because there is a 1-year warranty on the headlights, but not the fog lights.

I didn't complain because I've had problems with things from 50Resto before, but they were always great about straightening everything out. Even when the problem wasn't their fault they called the manufacturer (MAC in my case), and dealt with MAC for me.

So it was just one of those cases where nothing could be done.

That sucks man! I don't think Paul drives his car that much, not enough to get it wet or use the fog lights anyway.

Have Paul check his out to see if there is anything similar going on with his. Maybe it was just a one off thing?

i found some dimond lights on ebay..thought they were fog lights but they were actually head lights for early mustangs...like 1974...might be a way to convert them to work...here is a link
