did anyone ever do this before

Are you wanting to know the bezel around the radio, or the actual faceplate of the radio?
If its the bezel, then that just pops off. Its held on there with some clips. Don't think you can get the actaul faceplate off the radio if thats what your talking about.

yeaa i ment around the radio not the radio it self just da plastic stuff around it and near da vents but i tried to take it out gently but no success maybe there is an easier way doing it by your self....

Theres a tool that you can by to make it a lot easier. But all you need to do is grab each side with your hands and pull outwards at the same time, it should start poping out, or you can even work with one side at a time. Once you get one of the clips out, the rest is a piece of cake.

I usually use a larger flat-head screwdriver (the smaller ones tend to leave an impression on the dashboard) and pry on both outside edges next to the air vents. After that has pulled away far enough from the dashboard I pull with my hands and it comes out from top to bottom. I think the hardest part of the whole task is getting the connectors off of the switches at the bottom (defrost, T/C and fog lights).....pain on the fingers!
