I used to work there over the summers when I was in college at Univ of Pittburgh. Stories, hmmmm let's see. It's a beach, there are chicks and lots of alcohol and parties. Go there. Have fun. Be smart and enjoy being young.
The only clean story I can think of is when my GF woke me up to tell me that one of my friends was sleeping in the chair in the living room. We had some other friends from out of town over and they were sleeping on the pullout couch. So I go out to see who my mystery friend was in the chair. I had no idea. Some random dude came in our house in the middle of the night and fell asleep in a chair. Everyone else was up and eating breakfast trying to be quiet because they thought this dude was my friend. I woke the dude up and was like, "hey man you don't live here, we don't know who you are and you have to leave." He got up really slow and still looked drunk. He looks around, looks at me as he's walking out the door and goes "you guys are all d**ks". We almost died laughing.
