Diferrence in windsor, and romeo 4.6 VISUAL DIFFERENCE

I was wondering what is the difference between a romeo 4.6 , and a windsor 4.6 engine for a mustang. Visual, and performance wise. If you have any pic's, please post. Thank you in advance.
