Difference between MAC prochamber and o/r h-pipe...

What's the difference between the MAC prochamber h-pipe and their offroad h-pipe. I know that the prochamber has the chamber thing on it but how does it affect the sound? Is it louder?

I think the chamber was supposed to add more hp. I don't know if it makes it louder. Also they do sound more like a X-Pipe
