i know people recommend detroit locker, or C lockers for drag cars, however i am looking for something nice for my street car/corner carver/daily driver. i was origionally looking into the Eaton posi, though have heard the tru-trak from detroit locker is also a good choice. knowing its a daily street car and will see a handfull of street runs, but prolly never a drag strip with a possability of hitting VIR or Road atlanta if i ever grow the balls, what do you guys recommend? the tru-trak was alluring as it has no clutches.... less things to worry about.

thoughts?

i personally like the detroit tru-trac is a LSD with no clutches or cones so less maintanance, they do make noise a bit more than other LSD's though but if you dont mind taht then go for it

and these are suitable for a daily driver? i liked the idea of the T2R, however, i have to wonder about problematic side effects... wet, snow, etc, and how they opperate in a turn.

I would get just standard limited slip for a daily uless you pockets are deep.

I looked at the torsen but was too cheap.

Torsen. Smooth, and effective distribustion of power. And no clutch to wear out. If your street/corner car, Torsen is the way to go
