Difficult to start

My friend has a 96 gt ,after he drives to work the car has a real hard time starting if you shut it off and try to restart. If he lets it sit for about 30 min it starts fine. Any ideas I thought maybe timing he said he pulled plugs they looked good put new one in any way. Thanks ray

Possibly a fuel pressure problem? Could be some sort of vapor lock or a fuel injection malfunction.

Also check the air filter. If it is dirty that may cause a problem too.

many of the 01 -02 gt have this prob. ford don't know what it is. i have this, i just have to let the engine cool down a little and it starts up fine. if i shut it down for gas then start it back up, i have some problems. crank crank crank crank
