nuts n bolts my friend. MGW includes very detailed instructions, its rather simple. just take your time and dont use 1/4" drive sockets. use at least 3/8" drive. you'll love it.

if you miss 3rd gear with the MGW you either cant drive or you're running from the cops

Its a very simple install. The hardest part is getting off the old shifter. I ended up drop kicking it because it was held on so tight with RTV - though thats probably not the recommended way for removing it Then you just put in the new shifter, bolt it up, and put on the boots. <1 hour of work

MGW shifters are AMAZING. I dont think i'd ever get any other kind. The instructions are all there for you along with all the parts. Its a cake-walk

Very easy. Just be sure to clean up old gasket good when you remove OEM shifter

forget the B&M. they're not even mentioned in the top 3 when people talk about shifters for the T-45/3650. you have 3 choices: MGW, Tri-Ax, Pro 5.0. UPR Blue Thunder is another, but its similar to the tri-ax, but cheaper.

I say stick with the MGW, you wont regret it.

i like my B&M. I swapped out with Pro5.0, and B&M is far less natchy then 5.0...

I got a MGW, i love it, it's super easy to install, only thing that takes time is removing the old shifter, and scraping the old gasket off with a razor. Just allow some time to get the old shifter off, work here gently The shifter is amazing, if your in 2nd and push up, you have to hit 3rd

Hell I still miss shifts with my Tri-ax. I'm just that fast...

I'm seriously thinking of swapping to the MGW shifter.
