Is anyone familiar with the Rod and Custom Motorsports (www.rcmotorsports.net) 11" kit. Its only 349 bucks and uses the original spindles. Its a lot cheaper than most kits out there, anyone know why?

yeah they used brackets to adapt chevy calipers to your spindles. they are probably off a S-10 or something like that.

It also does not include the proper master cylinder you will need, a brake booster, or the hard lines to adapt the new master cylinder to your car. If you add all of that in, the cost goes way up.

i am not sure i like their brackets, but the calipers are usually mid to late 70's F body calipers. a better bracket using the same calipers is here at www.scarebird.com
