i have a little black wire and cant figure out where it goes can anyone show me a pic?

Looks like a ground terminal. Is there an extended stud within reach of the plug?

Ground wire, look on the end if fuel rail where it bolts to intake. The plug should go on stud.

as long as its connected to something metal you'll be alright.
