My 67' has manual brakes with discs up front and drums in the rear.

My question is can I assume that the prev owner did the Granada disc swap, how can I tell?

look at the calipers, if they are the kelsey-hayes 4 piston calipers then you have oem style disc brakes, if they are single piston calipers then likely you have a conversion that was done. if so then look at the spindles, if the steering arm comes off the spindle and stays level, roughly, then you have a granada conversion, if the arm drops about 2" from level, then you likely have a late year 67 with disc brakes, or 68-69 spindles were used in the conversion.
