spray some liquid wrench, WD40, LPS or something around base where its stuck in the block, let it sit, then do it again.
Then give a few safe taps on the housing.

Have you tried grabbing it with an oil filter wrench?

The wd-40 worked,

I let it sit overnight with a pool of wd in the distributer valley and it pulled out like butter, I guess it wasnt badly stuck.

Now when you put the distributor back in, use ani-seize on the distributor housing where it goes into the block, both on the upper part you can see and the part down inside.
