I recently replaced my distributor module, cap, & rotor, ignition coil and fuel injectors, however, during the replacement I stopped for the night and went home... Upon return my sister had apparently tried to start my car (to take it for a test drive) removing it from TDC... I put the dist. back in and when I turn it counter/clockwise at a certian point (with the car "on" but not started) the fuel injectors engage, for lack of a better term... and disengage... so I can't start the stang because the engine is continually flooding.
Your thoughts on how I can fix this?
I'm on my way back to my parents house to get it back to TDC, I think it's right between retarded and advanced and I'm hoping if I get it in the right place it'll fix it. Otherwise, what else could my problem be? Sorry, I know I'm leaving some information out, just let me know what you need and I'll try to help... my mechanical ablility is somewhat limited, and my buddy who's good at it is in Iraq... so I don't have much help anymore
Thanks!
