DO all Tubular K members set the front wheels 1inch forward

I don't think so. Only one I've heard of that doesn't offer a standard WB is Kenny Brown...

I think most other companies offer either/or.

I think that QA1 has the same issue, but that their control arms correct it.

You can get them forward off-set or standard from Maximum Motorsports.
Griggs builds the forward off set into the K Frame. The Griggs control arms have standard off-set.
