Do I have an aftermarket Plenum?

Ok, sorry if this sounds stupid buttttt... I recently bought a '99 GT and the dealer said the previous owner did nothing to the engine. It occured to me that the plenum said "C & L" on it and looked different than some other pictures I've seen. Here is the pic of mine:

Is that an aftermarket plenum???

It sure is, and it looks like that throttle body next to it is aftermarket too.

Yea, its a c&l, it says it on the side. Not sure what brand the tb is...
