If i cancel the little plastic hose between the TB and the valve cover and block the 2 holes.Do i need a breather cap to let the engine breath?

The TB/VC hose is primarily an inlet for fresh air into the crankcase, although it is bi-directional.

Running a breather is ok if you remove the pcv as well. If I were to install breathers on my car, I would want a way of pumping fresh air through the crankcase.
An air pump perhaps?

There are a couple of threads in the Tech Thread Index on pcv systems. They will give you much background info on what the pcv system does and how it works.

The more important question is why do you want to remove the TB/VC hose?

Can you elaborate on what your setup was?

Shouldn't cancel it, or install a breather...you'll create an unmetered air condition (vacuum leak)
