Do I need a fuel pressure regulator

Will a fuel pressure regulator do any thing for me. My very few mods are in my sig . what does the stock regulator push for psi and if I put a adjustable regulator on what should I set it at.

Stock is 38psi, and a AFPR is only good for tuning the engine. So no, you don't need one.
