Do I need a tune?

With the mods I have or wait till I install cams?

I would say you don't need one, but it can only do you good. If you're planning on cams tho, may as well save $ and wait

Yeah, I should wait, but I guess I want my car to always run at its best. Seems to pull way stronger above 3500rpms though with the headers.

it would pick u up some decent power but if cams are coming real soon i would wait

+1 Wait... No tune yet here with my mods and everything seems to be working just fine. I actually took my car into the shop a few weeks back to see if they could find anything wrong with it, they couldnt...

That's what I would wait for. If they were a few years away then go ahead. You have some awesome times for your mods now anyway.

Ya, as the others have said, if your doing cams soon then you may as well wait, but you will have to get it done after the cams.
