Do I need to wait on a 75mm TBODY gasket?

I just wondered if there was alternatives to not using a tbody gasket. Would rtv black hi temp silcone work? I really dont want to wait that long until I fire up the motor. Im getting the jitters.

It's not the right way to do it but I've used form-a-gasket. I think that would be better than silly-cone.

Why would you have to wait? Any good speed shop should have 'em hanging there.

I'd get some gasket paper and make my own...

just wait because i tried that on the egr spacer(intake side) and it didn't last very long.

Cereal boxes cut to fit make great TB and EGR gasket material as well.

I recommend Corn Flakes, the extra boost in horsepower they would give you would be Gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!

get some gasket material and place it on your t body and take a hammer and tap it so you see where to punch the holes for the screws..thats what i did in a pinch.
